Yu-Gi-Oh! / Special Edition Box
Magnificent Monsters Box EV Calculator
Estimate this physical product's no-chase expected value with a product-, region-, language-, and printing-specific model, then compare the modeled range with your entered cost. Estimated ROI is a planning metric, not a guaranteed return.
Model assumptions & evidence
Simulation order: complete product contents are drawn first. Included-pool controls and optional Sift are applied only after the draw, and filtered outcomes are never replaced or backfilled.

Limitations
- Publisher-backed slot counts; equal positive card weights within each retained ordinary pool are an explicit modeling assumption. Konami does not publish card-sheet weights or short-print distributions.
- Exact C/D/E membership is corroborated by the versioned English checklist, not inferred from collector-number ranges or rarity counts. The third-party assignments are distinct from Konami’s slot-count evidence.
- Chase-excluded estimate: serialized Grand Master Rare and all Starlight Rare versions are absent. Extended Art Ultra upgrades for 001–018 are also absent because Konami gives no exact aggregate rate. The ordinary Extended Art-only Ultra identities 019/020 remain in Pool A.
- Chibi and ordinary variant-art cards are included in their publisher-defined ordinary pools; those treatments alone do not make them unsupported chase cards.
- All three five-card packs plus one Secret Rare from each of the three bonus pools are drawn, for 18 cards per box. Bonus cards are outside pack EV. Exclusions normalize eligible outcomes before drawing; Sift and user filters apply afterward without reroll or backfill.
- Independent pool/card draws approximate factory collation. No box/case guarantee, correlation, empirical sample, or inherited-rate proxy is claimed.
- Exact pricing identity is TCGplayer 715291 (one box), not 694826 (a display) or 715292 (a loose pack).

Chase Exclusions
Excluded chase families are removed from the model entirely. They are never retained as zero-EV occupied outcomes. Each affected physical position is instead filled from its disclosed supported ordinary pool before the product draw is completed.
- Serialized Grand Master Rare
- Starlight Rare upgrades with unpublished rates
- Extended Art Ultra Rare upgrades for MAMO-EN001 through MAMO-EN018 with unpublished rates

Release-specific model analysis
What drives Magnificent Monsters Box
Product profile. This box resolves 18 card positions across 146 named outcomes. The model snapshot dated October 5, 2026 contains 120 Ultra Rare, 26 Secret Rare. Its largest slot groups are 40 pool c, 20 pool a, 20 pool b, 20 pool d, 20 pool e. Every listed outcome contributes to the published baseline unless the visitor applies a post-draw filter.
Largest modeled weights. Crystron Halqifibrax Prism #MAMO-EN126 (0.167 expected per box), Galaxy Eyes Antimatter Dragon #MAMO-EN124 (0.167 expected per box), Infernal Strike Fighter #MAMO-EN123 (0.167 expected per box), Nightmare Eyes Restrict #MAMO-EN122 (0.167 expected per box), Ruler of the End of the World #MAMO-EN121 (0.167 expected per box). These are frequency leaders in the product model, not a promise that any individual opening will contain them.
Release-specific card examples. A Bao A Qu the Lightless Shadow (Chibi Art) #MAMO-EN038, A Bao A Qu the Lightless Shadow Secret Rare (Chibi Art) #MAMO-EN038, Ancient Warriors Oath Double Dragon Lords #MAMO-EN088, Archfiend Matriarch #MAMO-EN070, Assault Blackwing Kusanagi the Gathering Storm Secret Rare #MAMO-EN026, Astrograph Sorcerer the Starfrost Magician #MAMO-EN015, Crowley the Gifted Magistus #MAMO-EN059, Wind Unicorn Parallel the Dracoslayer #MAMO-EN125, Dark Magician the Pharaohs Servant #MAMO-EN001. Seeing the named pool makes it possible to compare this release with adjacent sets instead of treating every sealed product as the same generic pack calculation.
Reference snapshot value concentration. At the TCGplayer Low snapshot dated October 5, 2026, 146 modeled outcomes have a usable direct or documented fallback price. The largest deterministic contributions come from Sky Striker Mecha Widow Anchor Extended Art (Extended Art) #MAMO-EN019 ($10.35), Sky Striker Mobilize Linkage Extended Art (Extended Art) #MAMO-EN020 ($10.13), Dark Magical Curtain #MAMO-EN003 ($0.93), Dark Magician the Pharaohs Servant #MAMO-EN001 ($0.30), Cyberse Contract Witch #MAMO-EN018 ($0.17). Together those five rows account for 92.9% of the modeled gross value. This dated reference does not update with the live calculator's prices or Sift settings.
The baseline product model is constructed first, including any documented chase exclusions. The calculator then draws the complete baseline product. Included-pool controls and optional Sift evaluate that completed draw afterward and do not alter its collation.

How is estimated ROI calculated? It equals modeled profit divided by the entered product cost. Modeled profit subtracts that product cost, selected seller fees, and any entered order or shipping costs from the modeled resale value. It is not a guaranteed return; pull variance, market price changes, taxes, and other unmodeled selling costs can change actual resale results.
