1) Agreement

By creating, accessing, or using Manafolio, you agree to this User Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or use a Manafolio account.

We may update this agreement as the service, data sources, or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the revised agreement.

2) Account Creation and Access

Manafolio accounts are created and accessed through Patreon authentication. Patreon handles membership payments, cancellation, billing status, refunds, and Patreon account controls. The Expected Value checks Patreon entitlement status to unlock eligible features and may also grant administrative or grandfathered access.

You are responsible for keeping your Patreon account secure and for using Manafolio only for lawful collection tracking, research, and personal portfolio-management purposes.

3) Manafolio Data Agreement

When you create or use Manafolio, you authorize The Expected Value to store and process data needed to provide the service. This may include your account email, Patreon user id, Patreon-linked email, patron status, entitled tier ids, resolved entitlement amount, access results, checked-at timestamps, session metadata, and security or diagnostic logs.

Manafolio also stores data you enter or configure, including holdings, lots, quantities, cost basis, purchase dates, purchase sources, condition labels, storage locations, notes, tags, watchlist targets, alert rules, calculation settings, pricing and fee preferences, daily email preferences, export logs, and account deletion requests.

We use this data to authenticate access, save and restore your portfolio, calculate dashboard values, run alerts and optional daily emails, support exports, troubleshoot the service, prevent abuse, and respond to account or deletion requests.

Third-party service providers may process limited data as needed to operate Manafolio, including Patreon, hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, analytics providers if enabled, and marketplace or affiliate destinations when you click outbound links. Those third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

4) Export, Email, and Deletion Choices

Logged-in users can export Manafolio data from the export page. CSV export is available to all accounts, while XLSX export may depend on feature access and server support.

Alert emails and daily collection value emails are controlled by your account settings and feature access. If access lapses, saved preferences may be preserved while premium email features pause.

You can request or initiate account deletion from the account page or through the site's published contact method. Deletion removes or disables account access and user-entered collection data where practical, but limited records may be retained for security, audit, legal compliance, backup integrity, or abuse-prevention reasons.

5) Data and Calculation Limitations

Manafolio uses marketplace, product, pricing, and expected-value data from The Expected Value models and third-party sources. We do not guarantee that product data, pricing, alerts, estimated opened value, or portfolio calculations are complete, current, or error-free.

Expected-value models are informational estimates. Where sift or minimum-card-value filtering is used, filtering is applied after modeled pack, deck, or product contents are drawn. Real-world outcomes can vary materially.

Manafolio is not financial, tax, investment, or resale advice. You are responsible for your own buying, selling, opening, tax, storage, and collection decisions.
