1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, calculators, and related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

2) Product, pricing, and calculator information

We strive to provide accurate, useful information, but we do not guarantee that simulation results, calculations, pricing, product descriptions, availability, release dates, or related content are complete, current, or error-free.

Data on our site may come from third-party sources. All figures and outputs are provided for informational purposes only. You should confirm final prices, details, and availability directly with stores, marketplaces, and distributors.

Our calculator methodology simulates pack contents first and applies sift/filter thresholds only after pack contents are drawn. Even with that modeling approach, real-world outcomes can vary materially.

Some tools may be offered as paid features. Fees, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation windows, and any refund policies should be reviewed at the point of purchase before starting or renewing paid access.

3) ProTools paid access

"ProTools" refers to the analytics and data tools located in the /tools/ section of the site. ProTools access unlocks the full tools experience that may otherwise appear in preview mode.

ProTools access is available to Patreon members at the ProTool Tier or higher, as determined through Patreon account authentication. We may also provide access to specific early supporters, administrative users, or page-specific allowlisted accounts.

Patreon processes ProTools membership payments. Pricing, taxes, billing cadence, automatic renewal terms, cancellation steps, and refund handling are governed by the purchase flow and policies presented by Patreon. You are responsible for managing or canceling your Patreon membership through Patreon.

If your Patreon membership is canceled, lapses, is refunded, or no longer qualifies for ProTools access, access to the full tools experience may end. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue ProTools features as the site and data sources evolve.

4) Intellectual property, trademarks, and site use restrictions

Unless otherwise noted, site content (including text, graphics, logos, downloadable files, and calculator presentation) is owned by The Expected Value LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party names, game titles, trademarks, and logos appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners. Their presence does not imply ownership by or affiliation with The Expected Value LLC unless explicitly stated.

You agree not to crawl, scrape, or spider the site without our prior written permission.

If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that feedback without compensation.

5) Disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification

The site and all related services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Expected Value LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the site.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Expected Value LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, portions of this section may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
