Crystal Guardians
Booster Box no-chase EV calculator
Estimate the English EX Crystal Guardians Booster Box (TCGplayer product 98567): 36 packs of 9 game cards. Exact Normal and Reverse Holofoil quotes come from generated local data; Market never borrows Low or another finish. Packaging inserts are outside the game-card EV.
Chase branches are excluded: holo rares, EX/GX/V/VMAX/VSTAR, secret rares, Shiny/Radiant/Trainer Gallery, illustration, hyper, ACE SPEC, and other premium rows do not contribute to this baseline.
Calculation order: ordinary pack contents are assigned to card rows first, then disabled pools and optional Sift filtering are applied afterward. Disabled rows do not backfill into other cards.
No-chase baseline
This documented ordinary no-chase scenario excludes 13 Holo Rare, 10 Pokémon-ex and 2 Gold Star identities before drawing. It retains the original 5 Common, 2 Uncommon, 1 ordinary Rare and 1 ordinary reverse card per pack. Uniform allocation within the 29 Common, 30 Uncommon, 16 Rare and 75 reverse identities is an existing assumption, not publisher-measured factory odds. Construct and normalize exclusions first, draw all 324 positions, then apply Sift and included-pool filters without reroll or backfill.
Guaranteed box toppers, standalone sealed-product inserts, non-game inserts, code cards, and standalone basic Energy insert slots are outside this no-chase model. Numbered Common/Uncommon Basic Energy rows remain modelable; Rare Basic Energy rows stay out of ordinary no-chase slots.

Release-specific model analysis
What drives Crystal Guardians Booster Box
Product profile. This booster box resolves 324 card positions across 150 named outcomes. The model snapshot dated June 10, 2026 contains 60 Uncommon, 58 Common, 32 Rare. Its largest slot groups are 75 reverse standard, 30 nf uncommon, 29 nf common, 16 rare slot rare. Every listed outcome contributes to the published baseline unless the visitor applies a post-draw filter.
Largest modeled weights. Aron #44/100 (6.21 expected per booster box), Bulbasaur #45/100 (6.21 expected per booster box), Bulbasaur #46/100 (6.21 expected per booster box), Cacnea #47/100 (6.21 expected per booster box), Charmander (Delta Species) #49/100 (6.21 expected per booster box). These are frequency leaders in the product model, not a promise that any individual opening will contain them.
Release-specific card examples. Aron (Reverse Holofoil) #44/100, Bill's Maintenance #71/100, Blastoise #14/100, Charmander #48/100, Blastoise (Reverse Holofoil) #14/100, Cacturne (Delta Species) (Reverse Holofoil) #15/100, Cacturne (Delta Species) #15/100, Combusken (Reverse Holofoil) #16/100. Seeing the named pool makes it possible to compare this release with adjacent sets instead of treating every sealed product as the same generic pack calculation.
Reference snapshot value concentration. At the TCGplayer Market snapshot dated August 12, 2026, 150 modeled outcomes have a usable direct or documented fallback price. The largest deterministic contributions come from Squirtle #64/100 ($114.46), Charmander (Delta Species) (Reverse Holofoil) #49/100 ($71.52), Bulbasaur #45/100 ($71.32), Blastoise (Reverse Holofoil) #14/100 ($62.40), Bulbasaur (Reverse Holofoil) #45/100 ($54.36). Together those five rows account for 19.6% of the modeled gross value. This dated reference does not update with the live calculator's prices or Sift settings.
The baseline product model is constructed first, including any documented chase exclusions. The calculator then draws the complete baseline product. Included-pool controls and optional Sift evaluate that completed draw afterward and do not alter its collation.
