One Piece Card Game / Booster Box

The Time of Battle Booster Box EV Calculator

Estimate this physical product's no-chase expected value with a product-, region-, language-, and printing-specific model, then compare the modeled range with your entered cost. Estimated ROI is a planning metric, not a guaranteed return.

Limitations

  • collation.cardsPerPack and collation.packsPerProduct: the product uses 12 cards per pack and 24 packs per English booster box; those physical wrapper counts do not establish rarity-slot probabilities.
  • collation.caseStructure: box-level hit counts and display/case correlations are unresolved for the exact English North America printing.
  • evidence.sample: null because no reviewed observation provides a complete, attributable sample with exact unit, size, method, North America printing, and observation interval.
  • Modeling policy approved 2026-09-04: every supported ordinary card in the same slot, rarity, treatment, and finish pool receives one equal positive selection weight. This is a transparent modeling assumption where the publisher or empirical sample gives pool odds but not card-level sheet weights.
  • OP16 assumption-only Japanese collation proxy: exact English wrapper and card-price identities are retained, but no complete OP16 English or Japanese rarity ledger was established. Expected box marginals of 166 Common, 72 Uncommon, 39 Rare, 4 Leader, 4 Super Rare, 1 regular Secret Rare and 2 ordinary DON!! total 288 physical positions. Ordinary rarity probabilities and Secret Rare conditioning remain explicit generic assumptions, not measured pull rates or a factory guarantee.
  • The English checklist has 119 ordinary identities, OP16-001 through OP16-119: 45 Common, 30 Uncommon, 26 Rare, 6 Leader, 10 Super Rare and 2 Secret Rare. The 126+1 product count also includes six Specials, one Treasure Rare and one DON!! design; it is not an ordinary roster count or a probability table. Each retained exact English rarity/finish SKU must have positive TCGplayer Low; equal card weights within rarity pools are assumptions, not publisher sheet weights.
  • The reviewed first-hand Japanese OP16 opening reports four ordinary SR, one SR alternate art, four Leaders and one normal DON!!, but does not enumerate C, UC, R or all 144 positions. A separate sealed-display report enumerates premium hits and seven SR without a complete ledger or exact North America printing. Neither partial opening establishes per-pack probabilities, case seeding or a complete rate denominator. Japanese prices and other releases' observations do not set this English box's EV.
  • English ordinary booster DON!! 698313/Foil remains eligible despite its Alternate Art marketplace title. Gold DON!! 698314 is removed before drawing and the retained DON!! pool is normalized to the ordinary card. Two expected DON!! and replacement of Common mass are explicit assumptions. No reviewed source establishes a thirteenth card or a fixed box-only DON!! bonus; all DON!! mass remains inside 24 twelve-card boosters.
  • Each synthetic pack has seven Common-or-DON!! positions at 83/84 Common and 1/84 DON!!, three Uncommon, one guaranteed Rare, and one upgrade at 15/24 Rare, 4/24 Leader, 4/24 Super Rare and 1/24 regular Secret Rare. Slot assignment is an explicit modeling assumption. Independent draws preserve expected marginals, not guaranteed box counts, no-duplicate rules or case seeding. Remove chase and normalize retained same-slot pools before drawing all 288 positions; Sift and user filters run afterward without backfill. Embedded pack EV is box EV divided by 24, including 2/24 expected DON!!.
  • DP-11 DON!! 698315/698316 are separate Double Pack bonuses, not cards in booster box 689336. No Dash Pack or tournament promotion is established as an additional fixed box inclusion. All 36 unsupported game-card premiums are excluded by exact SKU, including Shiryu Full Art 696091, Vista Treasure Rare 695996 and three Admiral Manga cards. Regular Secret Rares Portgas.D.Ace 694932 and Marshall.D.Teach 695756 remain eligible. No excluded premium occupies a zero-EV draw.
  • No-chase redraw policy approved 2026-09-04: Curio, Enchanted, alternate-art, parallel, showcase, serialized, signature, premium-rarity, promotional, and any other card or treatment without a supported pull rate are excluded. A chase hit is redrawn from the applicable supported ordinary pool, so excluded cards occupy no modeled outcome.
  • Simulation ordering is draw the complete disclosed no-chase product first, record that draw, and only then apply Sift or another user filter. Sift never changes or backfills the completed modeled draw.

Chase Exclusions

Excluded chase families are removed from the model entirely. They are never retained as zero-EV occupied outcomes. Each affected physical position is instead filled from its disclosed supported ordinary pool before the product draw is completed.

  • External Double Pack promotional cards
  • Gold DON!! cards
  • Treasure Rare cards
  • Unsupported alternate-art, full-art, manga and Special cards

Model assumptions & evidence

Simulation order: complete product contents are drawn first. Included-pool controls and optional Sift are applied only after the draw, and filtered outcomes are never replaced or backfilled.

Pack & Booster Box EV

Pack and per-product Low, Mid, and High expected value ranges from one recalculation. Each physical unit is simulated separately. Fractional display-rate slots are coupled as needed to keep the full pack card count and preserve expected slot weights; factory pack correlations remain an approximation.

Modeled ROI vs entered cost------

booster boxes: 0 · Price/booster box: $0.00 · Total cost: $0.00

How is estimated ROI calculated? It equals modeled profit divided by the entered product cost. Modeled profit subtracts that product cost, selected seller fees, and any entered order or shipping costs from the modeled resale value. It is not a guaranteed return; pull variance, market price changes, taxes, and other unmodeled selling costs can change actual resale results.
