Model assumptions and Cold Foil eligibility

This English/French display contains 24 fifteen-card packs (360 physical positions). Publisher configuration: eleven Commons, one Rare, one Rare/Super Rare/Majestic, one Rainbow Foil, and one Basic/Expansion/Legendary/Marvel/Cold Foil position; Cold Foil approximately one in 24 packs replaces the Basic position. The original independent draw approximation and per-printing uniform allocations are retained; factory ordering, color balancing, and duplicate guarantees are not modeled.

Other rarity anchors (Rare+ Super Rare 1/2.18 and Majestic 1/8; RF Rare 4/24, Super Rare 1/13, Majestic 1/22, Legendary 1/94) and Expansion 1/6 are retained original model inputs. Their detailed primary provenance has not been re-established in this review. By the October 22 modeling decision, Flick Knives and New Horizon have no Cold Foil outcome when that finish is absent from TCGCSV. The remaining CF pool is normalized uniformly before drawing (45 printings in the reviewed catalog). This is a modeling eligibility rule, not publisher confirmation that those versions do not exist. Missing quotes for eligible printings remain unknown. The six original Basic identities remain valued when exact selected-source prices exist. Draw the complete product first; then apply Sift and filters without reroll or backfill.
